DVT is a blood clot that develops in the deep veins of the legs or pelvic area or, on rare occasions, the arms.It is not usually life threatening but it can become so if a blood clot breaks loose, becoming a pulmonary embolism (PE). Many people in the U.S. die within the first hour after a PE occurs-and up to 200,000 Americans die each year.According to the Vascular Dis-ease Foundation, risk factors include a lengthy surgery, pregnancy, being over age 40 and sedentary, cancer, use of birth control pills, hormone replacement therapy, a family history of DVT, and spinal cord or other major injuries.Smoking also increases the risk of DVT, as does obesity, long-distance travel and inherited clotting conditions. The more risk factors you have, the greater your risk.:

As a result of exploring throughout the world wide web and getting thoughts which were not powerful, I assumed my entire life was done. Your good ability and kindness in maneuvering the whole thing was very useful. I am not sure what I would've done if I hadn't discovered such a point like this.
Nice post.
Your wrote: "From birth children are told they can be whatever they want, and so are paralyzed by the sheer number of possibilities, never making any choices until well past the time they should have a career."
As I read this, the thought occured to me that perhaps this is a problematic concept for a child's brain and mind. In the past, children were raised with their parents' expectations for their adulthood, such as, becoming a doctor, continuing the family farm, etc., etc., and as the child grew up, either they followed the expectation or they defied it because they knew that it wasn't what they wanted to do as adults. By focusing the child's mind to a narrow possibility, perhaps it gives their growing minds and brains a better path to find what they want to do with life. It is just a concept I never thought of till I read your sentence. I feel often that our ancestors were much smarter than present generations give them credit for. Having said all this, just want to clarify that I am not blaming the "whatever you want to be" ideology for the twenzies phenomenon, because regardless of one's childhood, one must take responsibility for oneself once adulthood is reached.
